Can't say enough good things about Mike and Lynnell! Met them over the weekend at the Athens sale, it was a great experience. Other dealers need to sit up and take notice, this is how it should be done. Definitely from the buyers perspective. Good prices to move the items quickly for the seller, and 2nd day was even better. We left there BOTH days with much more than we had intended to buy. Just from talking with them, you can tell that they will go the extra mile for their clients. So, if you are going to need the services of an estate sale company, I would highly recommend them to you. We have gone to numerous other sales in this area, and have often commented on how much stuff was left to dispose of at the end of the sale.....Mike and Lynnell believe in moving it out DURING the sale, to get the best result for their client. Guys - just wanted to let you know that we really appreciate the hard work y'all put in. We've seen you host sales from challenging conditions to some pretty swank abodes and not once have either of you (or the people assisting) shown anything but the utmost respect for not only the client, but also your customers. It is hot, backbreaking work to sort out someone's life left behind, but you guys always remain pleasant, warmhearted, and so appreciative of the people coming through. Not all companies around town can measure up to this standard of service and MaLea and I just wanted to make sure that you know that we use your integrity as one of our measuring sticks for how others fulfill their contracts.
