Sophia's Room offers professional estate liquidation services. Sophia’s Room offers each client a personalized sale dedicated to maximizing the value of your possessions as well as a complete liquidation. Antiques, fine furniture, furs, jewelry, decorative household items and other possessions are all tastefully arranged and displayed to appeal to customers. Among the services offered are a friendly staff, recommended movers and services, the distribution of an attractive sale announcement sent to subscription members, full Internet and social media access, including photographs, and street signage (if allowed by local ordinance) for every sale. Every item included in the sale is carefully appraised and priced accordingly. A full monetary accounting, with corresponding receipts, is presented at the conclusion of the sale and your home is treated with respect and left in good order. We also are willing and able to help coordinate any desired additional services...including total home cleaning and the arrangement for charitable donations if necessary.
The Sophia’s Room team takes great pride in treating your prized possessions as we would our own and our belief is that each client's home...from a North Shore estate to a modest apartment...deserves the same careful consideration from the initial consultation to the post-sale assessment.
