We have been doing Estate Sales & moving sales since 1984 .

We are Janet Perkins , Jamie Heiman and Melissa Perkins Our other partner was Marg Chester Williams who recently past away. Before we started the Estate Sales we were sellers at antique shows and sales in the 1960's  Now we ONLY do the Estate Sales , so there is no conflict for pricing . We  do free in home consultation for your quick and successful sale. Our conditions are flexible to fit your needs and situation . We do not charge any other fees or a deposit  prior to the sale. Only a percent is charge after the sale is complete. Always ask when you are interviewing any other sales companies that offer LOW fees, what are the hidden fees. We have none. Our sales are mostly 3 FULL days ( 9-5) but also offer 2 - 4  FULL day sales to insure you get the most money for all the items. P.S. -The Gold / Silver / Bronze only is a level we chose to buy in at - NOT any earned level over time . We have a large following that we have earned over the years and some people have chosen us to do their sale when their time arrived .
