Flipside was very good to work with and stayed in contact during the process, which began with an on-site interview to establish the scope of the project. Flipside worked diligently to prepare for the sale and establish fair prices. Items were cleaned up, organized, and displayed as if in a department store. Quality photos of select items were posted on estate sale websites for several days prior to sale. Location of the home was only revealed the day before the advertised sale for security. Signs were posted the morning of the sale directing customers. Sales were brisk, and select items that did not sell on-site were put on consignment. Flipside arranged with Goodwill for complete home clean out just days afterward. A check for proceeds of the initial sale was produced within a week, along with a detailed list of all items and pricing. I highly recommend using Flipside for your estate sale and consignment needs!!!
