We are a small family business working to provide less stressful options for dealing with a loss or downsizing a parent or loved one. Our firsthand experiences began in 1995 after an unexpected death of a young parent. Recognizing the dramatic differences in dealing with a traumatic loss has assisted us in learning to listen and act on the needs of our clients. 

• Clean and prepare all sellable items for the sale
• Research items for current market value
• Advertise large items pre and post sale date until item sells
• Work with family members throughout process
• Arrange for donating items not sold to a charity of the family's choice
• Discard any trash 
• Work with REALTOR when home is to be listed on the Real Estate Market
