Don’t stress out over that home than needs to be emptied!! Just call Duncans Estate Services and release the pressures. My Dad passed away last year; I didn’t have the time to deal with 60 years of cherished memories. I have enough in my own home.

Their professionally handled services took away all the pressures of my situation. Duncan’s prompt seasoned staff revamped a packed house into a lovely shop, priced everything and it was all ready to sell in less than a week. They even set aside some family photos, several important documents, other personal items and a ring that I was looking in a few boxes.

Originally we contacted a clean out service that was going to cost a small fortune to clear out the house. After the Duncan sale, the counters & floors were clean and our family home was totally emptied. I walked away from a hardship with a rather large payment for the contents and was handed donation receipts for the remainder of a few unsold items.

My husband was transferred out of state and we had to move. We contacted Duncan’s Estate Services and they quickly came to our rescue. This company was great, they explained the details of their process of liquidating our belongings and stuck to it. The crew worked quickly as they carefully handled each item as though it was their own in preparation for the Sale. In the end, it was a much a less expensive venture to start fresh as opposed to moving our dated furnishings half way across the country.

When my Mother passed away we came back for her arrangements and spoke to a realtor before we went home. We thought we had several months to deal with this issues but the house sold before it was listed. We immediately contracted Duncan’s for the sale of the interior of her home from across the country.
