A Second Chance will perform services as follows; 1. Photograph, price and arrange items to be sold. 2. Employ help needed to prepare for the sale and the successful conduct of the sale. 3. Arrange for newspaper ad(s) as well as internet notices, (ex. EstateSales.net, Craigslist, facebook, etc.) of the sale. 4. Post signs advertising sales if permissible by the local ordinance. 5. Conduct the sale.

There are no up-front fees incurred by the client.
For the benefit of the client, A Second Chance may recommend that it will be more advantageous to sell certain items privately and prior to the first day of the sale’s opening to the public.
