From partial to full estates we have been serving the Greater Dallas Metroplex and its surrounding areas with nearly 15 years of combined experience. Since becoming part of Dallas’ Elite Estate Sale Liquidating Services Jose, Stephen and their Team of dedicated professionals have wanted to lead with the example of going above and beyond. We have found over the years that taking the time to properly stage, photograph and staff an Estate will add a value that many other company’s standards lack. We have worked for other companies and witnessed how fellow competitors operate and have been inspired to create a company that sets the mark for it’s presentation, staging and organization of a sale to maximize each estate’s potential profit.
We take great pride in doing a job truly better than the Industry’s standards. Through years of hands on experience with the service industry we are comfortable with any situation. Proper crowd control, security measures and giving exceptional customer service with every sale will make it a successful venture both the Estate and the Liquidator. We address all safety concerns within a home and offer staffing so no areas will be unattended. We are dedicated throughout the entire process helping Individuals or Families through managing this often stressful and trying time of either downsizing or liquidating personal possessions and estates.

I’ve never had an estate sale or even been to one before, so I wasn’t sure what to expect when I decided to downsize and empty my house. Now that it’s all in the rear view mirror, I can say with absolute certainty that I made the right pick by using Dallas Estate Sellers. Jose, Stephen, and their staff are absolute pros – I can’t think of anything that would’ve made the whole experience even slightly better. They staged my house beautifully, and when I came back home each evening I saw that they kept rearranging things as items sold, so my stuff never looked picked over. My house wasn’t damaged in any way, they cleaned up when they were finished, and the best part: they sold nearly everything and left me with a check for more than I was expecting. They definitely earned their five-star rating.

How to capture Jose and Stephen and the team in a review - they are professional, they love what they do, they are very talented merchandisers - they know how to display items, they moved furniture from one room to the other with fantastic results. Their merchandising skills resulted in exceeding my expectations in sale proceeds. We had a lifetime of memories (50 years) / belongings - for us it was overwhelming to sort through / organize. Jose and Stephen were compassionate, they took ownership of the process. It is my belief that our mom would have been overjoyed in how well they displayed her jewelry, hats, collectibles. What an honor it was to have Jose & Stephen conduct my estate sale! From the moment I met them I knew I wanted to have them do my sale. This review does not even begin to describe what an excellent company they were to work with. Since there is NOT a 10 star rating I will rate the Dallas Estate Sellers a 5++! While everyone understands (an estate sale) is a business arrangement they were the kindest, most respectful and empathetic men in (what can be) such an emotional and difficult setting. While I was moving out they literally came in and went to work re-staging my home with my own things. Their organization skills are amazing and with their excellent advertising and client list the shoppers were lined around the corner of my home hours before the doors opened on the first day of the sale. Their results far exceeded my expectations! They even helped me dispose of the remaining items to a worthy charity and their follow through was superb!

I can't say enough about my fabulous experience working with Dallas Estate Sellers. Every employee who was part of the sale was friendly, professional, and hard-working. Jose and Stephen were amazing from start (a walk-through of the house) to finish (an empty, clean house and a nice check!). They did a wonderful job with every aspect of the sale.
