Staging a sale requires knowledge and expertise. We do not hold 1 day sales like others in the business. We work long and hard to get the most money for every item in the sale. We have the most competitive rates in the Houston market and we make settlement payments quicker than our competition.
At the end of a sale, if desired, we can arrange for a buy-out offer for any unsold items, or arrange for a pick up by a charitable organization that gives a tax donation. We also can place on consignment or auction on ebay any special items.
