We were in a time sensitive situation for an immediate estate sale as my mother’s home sold on the first day and closing was scheduled for two weeks away. I sent an email contact to Devlin Estate Sales on a Sunday after noon and was excited when I received expedient reply. Within 24 hours, the Devlin’s came out, surveyed the property, presented a proposal, and we signed on the dotted line.
The Devlin’s handled it all from emptying the closets and drawers. research pricing, tagging, advertising, and the actual sale all within two weeks. EVERYTHING sold! An hour after the final day sale was over, I had a check in hand, the house was cleared, swept, and locked.
