1) You pay nothing out of pocket for your estate sale!

We are so sure we can make your sale a success, we are willing to pay for all cost leading up to the sale. We pay for 100% of all labor; set up equipment; supply costs; and even the advertising cost for promoting your estate sale. All without all the hidden fees and up-charges that others may charge.
We work on a strict 33% commission of total sales generated. There are absolutely no upfront or out of pocket costs to you, and no hidden fees, we will take on all the risk and pay for everything involved in setting up and conducting the sale.
2) You don’t have to lift a finger
Our staff will do 100% of the work involved in setting up the estate sale. There is no need for you to do any cleaning, straightening up, or “making it look presentable”. Really! We will take care of it all! We will clean, organize, display and group everything, in the home. Our experienced staff will then price and professionally display and take photographs for advertising purposes and for potential buyers!
3) Free delivery of donation items, anywhere in the city of Lubbock
If there are items that you feel a local agency could benefit from, we will deliver the items anywhere in the city of Lubbock, free of charge! Not sure where you can donate? We can provide you with a list of local agencies who accept donations.
4) Service after the estate sale
Immediately after the sale, our staff will begin the cleanup process at no extra charge. All items are removed from home and yard. The home is vacuumed, swept/mopped, counters cleaned, and if needed, walls are wiped down.
Optional Pro Clean (additional fee). A professional deep clean of the entire home. This service is extremely well done, you will not be disappointed. There is a charge for this service but rates are considerably lower than the average. And if you prefer, you can wait until after the sale to decide if the home needs it.
