Lake Traditions LLC. is a small family run business operating in the Detroit Metropolitan Area.
As avid Antique Collectors these past 30 years, we initially got involved in conducting Estate Sales by assisting family and friends with the liquidation of their own or loved one's items.
Upon retirement from teaching in the Royal Oak Schools and seeking a venue for continued service to the community, we recognized that our skill set which served us well as Educators would prove invaluable for those interested in liquidating an Estate. Hence, a business was born where COMMUNICATION, RESEARCH, SERVICE AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL are the cornerstones and guiding principles in our commitment to you.
As we stated earlier, our entry into the Estate Sale Business is predicated upon a continued desire to SERVE our community.
