Our estate sales are well organized, well run and get great results. We take care of every detail of the estate sale from sorting, pricing, display, crowd control, clean outs, dumpster service, advertising to conducting the estate sales. We do it all! We charge a commission of between 25-40% of total sales, minus the advertising costs. No money comes directly out of your pocket. The commission varies depending on the quality and quantity of items and the amount of work involved!
