Did a loved one pass away? Are you moving to a smaller home? This must be a very stressful time for you and your loved ones. Perhaps I can ease your load, I take care of your estate, small or big, no problem. Don't give those items away, please don't throw anything away! I can sell it for you!
I can get you market value for your household items, car, horse, tractor, etc. Please call me for your complimentary walk through. At this walk through you tell me what your needs are, what you wish to sell or keep, when you would like the sale, etc. Together we work out the sale, your plan of care. After the walk through I tell you what my commission would be to sell your items.
What I offer:
I appraise, price, clean, display, items to be sold. I furnish the tables, trays, and organize all of your items to achieve a simple and unpretentious style. Your home is staged to achieve its maxium effect, which is important whether its on the market for a quick sale or to generate a maxium sale of household items. I code my tags to help prevent loss.
Any personal items such as family photos, tax papers, etc are boxed and moved to a private area that are marked family only.
We go through every pocket, check every corner. We go into the attic, basement, storage shed. No sale is too large or too small.
I obtain any and all permits needed to have the sale.
I advertise heavy with pictures, flyers, online ads, local newspaper ads and e-mail my large list of clients. If the sale is large enough a notification is sent out from Estatesales.net of the sale. I place signs and arrows the days of your sale. I market your sale! I notify local antique dealers, used stores, etc of what the contents of the sale are.
I have honest, loss prevention staff who are quick to answer clients questions or steer them in the right direction. I hire security - if extra security is needed. I secure the sale.
You get your cashiers check with in 48 hours after the sale.
I water your flowers, plants, meet the lawn guy, termite guy if you need me too.
After the sale, if you choose to donate, I will pack items that are unsold - ( if any ) - arrange to have a charity pick up, send you the receipt - written acknowledgment of your gift from the qualified charitable organization that you choose.
If you wish to keep unsold items, we remove the tags and leave them them in an attractive display.
Your home is left broom clean and securely locked. Heat or air is turned off or at the temp you request.
If you want the home, the estate to sparkle clean, no problem, I offer those services as well for an additional fee. I work for you! We plan around your needs.

I am a Christian. I do not own an antique shop, resale shop or booth. I do not attempt to have over one sale a month. Thus your needs are given my full attention. I am honest, hardworking and very organized. My goal is to meet your needs above and beyond. I have written references of past sales upon request.
