Estate sales are typically 1 to 3 days long, with a price reduction on the last day of the sale.

Here are a few things that we do to prepare for your sale:
Clean the items (if it will not damage item) to be sold and display them.
Go into your attic and remove items.
Check each drawer and coat pocket.
Box any overlooked personal items and place in a private area for the family. Example: family pictures, deeds, etc.
Each item is priced at market value, we do our research for the price of each item.
We bring all materials needed for the sale. We place an ad in the local newspaper to advertise the sale. We put up strategically posted signs (if allowed) in the neighborhood on the days of the sale. We promote the sale to our extensive e-mail list, and if large enough also on line at estate sales.net complete with pictures of the items being offered for sale. We also place the sale on line up to three other on line sites. We pay for any permit needed to conduct the sale. We provide all staffing for the sale days.

**After the sale:
We give you your money or send it to you within 48 hours after the sale We pick up and throw away all trash. If you want we box unsold items (if any) and arrange for a Charity to pick up. We meet the Charity for the pick up. We leave your home broom clean. We send you your key and the receipt from the Charity for your taxes.
