With over 16 years in the antique business, Americana Estate Sales is a bonded company and offers a variety of services customized to our client's specific needs.  We work with our customers on a personal level keeping in mind that liquidating a household can be a very difficult and emotional experience. Our services also extend to after the sale, including donations to the charity of your choice, removing appliances and hauling out remaining items as needed.

We will organize, clean, polish, display and price all items for your sale and provide receipts for all inventory sold. We will pay out immediately after the sale. We do the moving of large furniture & appliances when they are sold.  Too often there is damage to floors and walls if others attempt to move large items.  Special  precautions can be made prior to our sales to keep floors and carpets free from dirt and damage. It is our goal to provide services with experienced personnel and advertise your sale appropriately.

We also work with a network of collectors and dealers of antiques and collectibles which allows us to accurately appraise your estate and realize the maximum dollar for your personal effects. Internet auction services are also available for those items of significant value.

Most full households require some preparation time so please call for a free consultation at (248) 739-4197. We highly stress that no items get thrown away prior to the sale. Only personal papers, keys, personal photographs, bank statements and tax information should be removed from the home. In my 16 years in the business, I have found that people buy everything from rubber bands to half used bottles of detergent. So please don't throw anything away!

We say, let someone buy it and they will take it away. It saves you time and makes you money! We also offer complete household buy out, if you find that to be more convenient.
