Our goal is to provide you with a professional liquidation and help eliminate any of the unwanted stress normally associated with such situations. When pricing items, we consider all important factors to ensure we get the most for your items (live auctions-ebay-antique stores-past sales).

We are set up to accept Visa, Master Card, and Debit cards at each sale as long as there is a working phone line.  We do not operate on just a cash-only basis like most other companies.  This is done to maximize total sales (25% total sales increase on average).

Most competitors shut down their sales as early as 2 PM.  We operate from 9 AM until 4 PM.  This increases sales potential since many sales come later in the day.

We have an e-Mail list of over 900 regular customers, and we advertise on the internet with Craigslist.com, EstateSales.Net and local newspapers.  Our strategically placed road side signs can increase total sales as 40% of traffic comes from drivers who see our signs.

We sell an average of 80% of the contents.  Anything left can be donated to Charity.
