When pricing items, we consider all markets and other important factors relating to the item ensuring optimal outcome for you. Cost

It will cost nothing out of pocket. We charge a commission based on the size of the sale, how much work will be involved to prepare and run the sale and whether or not there will be travel expenses.  Commission is negotiated between owner and agent.  We do not charge any extra fees for advertising.  And we will run your sale in the Arizona Republic for 3 days.  Plus we will use our standard advertising forums too.  We are unique in the fact that as an estate sale company we are set up to accept Visa, Master Card, and Debit cards at each sale, we do not operate on just a cash only basis. This is Very Important in Maximizing your profit.

Greater Metro Phoenix, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Fountain Hills, Arcadia, Tempe, Gilbert, Ahwatukee, Sun Lakes, Chandler, Gilbert, Queen Creek,  Apache Junction, Gold Canyon plus additional surrounding cities.
