Do you have a home filled with things you need to liquidate? We sell antiques, collectibles, jewelry, furniture, appliances, household items, and items you may think of as old junque! You name it, we sell it! Give us a call! No up-front fees - we take a percentage of the sales total. We are proud to say that our knowledgeable staff has a combined experience of over 36 years in the estate sale business. We go the extra mile to make sure you are pleased.
HOW DOES THIS WORK? DON'T CLEAN OUT, DONATE OR THROW AWAY ANYTHING - including junk drawers! (You'll be amazed at what people buy!) Many clients feel that they need to clean out before we get there - don't do it! That little piece of "junque" helps pay for our services (and saves you the work and stress!!).
We do it all - acquire permits, empty out cupboards, closets, drawers - everything in the home from attic to basement. Our staff will bring in tables & lighting. We price (and appraise) your items and display them in a respectful manner for a 2-3 day sale which will be advertised in the newspaper and through the internet. Your home is swept clean and vacuumed before we leave. CLEAN-OUTS, charity pickup and additional services are available, if you need them.
We're always happy to work with family, (incl. out-of-towners), attorneys, and real estate agents ....
