    My wife and I have evaluated and conducted estate sales since 1995 in the Schenectady, Albany, Troy and Saratoga region. Before you throw anything out, call us!

• We provide top to bottom sale of your stuff, with special expertise in all types of glassware, pottery, vintage clothing & jewelry, fishing and other sports gear, crafts from Native American to Art Deco.
  
• Our network of experts on furniture to historic paper and art assist us in helping you make ethical decisions.
  
• We respect our client's needs for a timely sale, while taking necessary time to research and price items prior to the sale.
  
• We have a contract with fees for service. Clean-out subcontract is available after sale. We have NY State Sales permit to collect sales taxes as required. We prefer to review sale items and site evaluation at no charge. We discuss our sale strategy (prep time, best dates and length of sale).
  
• We follow-up the preliminary conversation with a written contract for review. References upon request.
