Our fees are a fixed percentage of the end-of-sale receipts. We DO NOT charge our clients additional fees for advertising, staff, set-up, etc.

All transactions are rung into a cash register with a printed receipt tape ~ we DO NOT collect money into apron pockets or cigar boxes. Our client can be assured that the monies collected during the estate sale are accounted for and present during the reconciliation at the end of the sale. Our client is paid immediately at the close of the last day of the sale, we do not hold the client's proceeds for any length of time for any reason.

We conduct extended-hour sales, normally 27 hours per sale weekend ~ more than double the 12 hour sales offered by other estate sale services. Unless forbidden by local ordinances, our sales are usually open from 9am to 6pm, but we are often open far beyond 6pm when customers are present ~ we do not hinder the success of the sale by turning away customers!
