Most estate liquidation's are held on-site, thus maintaining the integrity of the estate, while minimizing the costs.

1..Gini's does not operate a re-sale shop or sell on EBay  This is to the Clients advantage to know their Estate will be  liquidated at this sale and not held back to support sideline  business’s
2..Gini’s collects and pays the appropriate taxes required by law.
3..Gini’s writes and issues receipts for all transactions.
4..Gini.s maintains an auditable inventory.
5..When required, Gini engages professional appraisers.
6..Gini.s does not do auctions. Items to be sold are pre-priced. Customers may offer bids on high cost items.
7..Other than established commission, additional cost if any will be disclosed to the client prior to sale
agreement. An example would be as to employ a shuttle service or driver to transport customers to and
from the sale site because of the location of the estate or relocating the contents of the estate to
another address when the location does not permit sales.
8..Advertising a sale is important and Gini*s is second to none in this area. Gini is listed in the DEX YELLOW PAGES, Over the last fifty years, Gini has developed a large following. Each sale is posted on the internet as soon as details are available, Four or five days prior to the sale, Gini e-mails over 900 sale notices to her dedicated customer base. The day prior to the sale, more than 6000 additional e-mail notices are sent out to customers that have signed up with Estatesales.net to be notified of all sales in the Phoenix Metropolitan area. Our sale notification will include a detailed text of items to be offered and complimented with an extensive photo slide show of the same.
