Bid It Adieu

Bid It Adieu originated in 2005 as Eclectic Endeavors, Ltd., based in Holland, Ohio, and specializes in the online sale of collectibles, antiques and other usual and not-so-usual items. 

In response to requests from clients for assistance in disposing of furniture and other household items due to an estate inheritance, down-sizing, or a long-distance move, the company expanded into the provision of estate and moving sale services --- both on-site and online. 

Bid It Adieu has conducted hundreds of such sales, liquidating the items and estates of clients ranging from those moving to another country, others preparing to move into a retirement facility, business owners upgrading "all" of their equipment, home decorators with showroom models to dispose of and next-door-neighbors with their miscellaneous items.  While many sales include fine and interesting antique furniture, collectibles and small items - just as many offer everyday furniture and household items that can be obtained at a fraction of their original purchase price. Our sales also offer an outlet for clients who have too few items to justify an in-home or small online sale.

Our online sale services are sometimes a greater benefit to our clients than the typical in-home (on-site) estate and tag sales. We market over 1,200 items daily to a world-wide market... most of our sales are on eBay (however, we are also featured on 6 other online venues as well as offer some finer items in a secure case in a prominent antique mall) --- and regarding eBay, there are over 34-million people who shop that website everyday! As such, we have a much larger audience than can be reached by the typical newspaper ad and other local postings. We also have a list of people who watch our sales and monitor our store* for newly listed items.
