We here at Integrity offer an extended service for ALL of your Estate Sale needs.
We have 15 plus years experience.
We are here to work with you from the very beginning to the very end of your sale.
We do ALL the work so you do not have to.
We offer Estate Sales services due to the loss of a loved one, moving, downsizing or just redecorating the entire home.
We have no out of the pocket or up front costs for you to worry about.
We provide all the essential work to have a wonderful, clean, safe and successful sale.
Our staff will clean most items making them more presentable for the sale.
We will organize, price and set up your items "stage them", prior to the sale leaving you with no burdens. Please do not feel you like need to clean up the home first, that is part of our service. We also ask that you please do not throw anything away. Some people believe that some things are worthless, but even the little items add up.
We are washable and do not mind getting dirty. We are not afraid of attics, crawlspaces, dirty garages, sheds and more.
We are the team that does BIG work!!!
We will also make sure that the house is presentable for showing if on the market.
We will advertise your sale via Estate Sales. NET, local newspapers, set signs up and send out E-mails.
Our goal is to SELL ALL of your items. But if we do not, do not worry. We will work with your favorite local charitable organizations, church's, support groups and many other needful groups that will kindly and greatly appreciate all donations of unsold items. If you do not have one, we can suggest some. All donation receipts will be given to you and your family.We also have other options for items not sold besides all going to charity.
We have ALOT to offer for a little price. We STRIVE to go those extra miles!!!
We do not have an antique store. Our goal is to get you the most from your sale.
After the sale is complete we will have all items removed from the home at the end of the last day of sale if agreed. We will then mop all floors and vacuum. Leaving no mess behind.
We have people willing to move larger items if need be.
We will GLADLY service the Illinois and Indiana areas.

We also have an extended list of services that we can provide to meet your needs after your sale is complete. These services can help to get your house ready for it to be put up for sale. These services include and are not limited to a COMPLETE cleaning of the home, repairs, maintence, HVAC, painting, all carpets cleaned, plumbing, electrical work, even a Real Estate Agent to list it for you and even more!!!
