A Little Bit About Us...
We have been in business since 1977. We are primarily personal property appraisers (everything except real estate). We conduct 5-6 tag type estate sales a year and are choosy about the sales we agree to conduct. We originally owned three antique shops in the Seattle area, one out by SeaTac Airport and two in down town Seattle. We no longer operate a brick and mortar store.  We are focused on appraisals and estate sales. We have recently been named as a VIP (the only appraisal/estate sale company) in the 2011-12 edition of, The Cambridge Who's Who - Registry of Executives, Professionals and Entrepreneurs, signed off on by Donald Trump Jr., Executive Director. We are licensed, honesty bonded and insured and are long time members of the Better Business Bureau.

How We Run Sales...
When conducting sales, we include copious photographs on our website under, "Sales", each captioned for identification. We have approximately 2000 customers on our notification list, about half by Email and the rest, snail mail.  We accept credit cards and personal checks. For security, we maintain a checkout person at the door to insure that everything leaving is paid for. All newspaper ads offer a link to our website for photo viewing. Our website provides interested persons with a summary
of our bonafides, services, fees and testimonials.

Where We Work...
Generally, our service covers seven counties, but - we are able to travel anywhere and have been requested to work as far away as Michigan and Calif.
