Our average client is usually "stressed out." Having an estate sale can be such a big undertaking to most individuals. This is what we do, and have been doing for a long time, (25 years of combined experience to be specific!!)

The things we don't do are -  be pushy, charge you upfront fees, or charge you high percentages. To us, an estate sale is a "fun event." Although a ton of work goes on behind the scenes - the result is always spectacular! By going the extra mile for you, while working very hard, we have managed to make one highly successful group of very motivated individuals, and if I may brag a little - ONE HECK OF AN ESTATE SALE COMPANY!!
