Jerry and Teresa Schubert have enjoyed over 19 years in the Antique and collectible Industry both on a personal and professional level.

Teresa Schubert has many years experience buying and selling antiques in  the  central Florida area, wholesale and retail, and is well  known for her compassion, regarding deceased estates.

Jerry Schubert is involved in local auctions and estate sales and is a licensed auctioneer in the State of Florida. We own and operate J. Schubert Estate Sales as well as Trinity Auctions, LLC.  If an auction or estate sale is needed to liquidate business, downsize, divorce, bankruptcy, loss mitigation, or foreclosure all contents, please call.

As a husband and wife team we combine our years of experience and expertise to yield the best outcome possible for our clients. We are honored to provide  our professional services in the area of estate sales or onsite auctions. We do not hold garage sales with price tags, or disrespect your loved ones possessions.

 

Auction and Estate Sales Services

Our Auction and Estate Sales Services provide:

  • There are no up front fees or out of pocket expenses for you, we will come to you for one item or a house full.
  • We provide for all sign permits, local newspaper ads, the printing and distribution of flyers, and advertising via EstateSales.net to give you both a local and national audience.
  • Additional Custom Advertising programs can be arranged as per your individual needs and budget.
  • We cover the entire central florida vicinity.
  • Auctions provided if required.
  • A.S.A  and  I.S.A. appraisals provided by an accredited appraiser upon request.
  • We accept payments by Visa, MasterCard,  and cash. / wire transfers
  • We provide a complete staff on site to answer questions for buyers and a cashier is present during the entire sale.
  • We provide all sales materials and receipt books, a copy of which is supplied to you at the end of the sale. We collect state sales tax and exemption numbers as well as file all necessary paper work.
