Diane Wise is the former owner of Baby Baby Consignment Shop located in downtown Northville.  After owning Baby Baby for over 17 years, she decided to sell to new owners in 2006. Since then, she has been helping people with the sometimes overwhelming transition of downsizing and moving.

With over 20 years entrepreneurial experience, Diane can assist you with any of the following services:

Appraisals - Give you an estimate on how much your items are worth.

Business liquidations: Network with other businesses to help sell your unwanted assets

Estate Sales:  Set up, price, advertise and conduct your moving or estate sale

All services are performed with your budget and time frame in mind!  I work by the hour, and charge a reasonable $20/hour.        

 Small to Medium sized Estate Sales

 Wise Estate Services is different because we do not charge a percentage fee.  You receive all the money made at your sale.  We can assist to set up, price, advertise and market your sale. 

 An average sale takes about 25 hours to prepare.  That's only $500 to get ready for your sale.  Even a small sale will generate over $1,000, so my costs are always covered.  Plus, you clean out your unwanted items.

Wise Estate Services perfomed over 30 sales in the 2009, 6 moving sales in 2010.  We can provide references from  happy former clients.
