Wise Estate Sales

Diane Wise is the former owner of Baby Baby Consignment Shop located in downtown Northville.  After owning Baby Baby for over 17 years, she decided to sell to new owners in 2006. Since then, she has been helping people with the sometimes overwhelming transition of downsizing and moving.

With over 20 years entrepreneurial experience, Diane can assist you with any of the following services:

All services are performed with your budget in mind!

Diane works by the hour, and charges a reasonable $20/hour.  She can handle small one day projects, or tackle weeklong, large volume cleanouts. 

       Small to Medium sized Estate Sales

 Wise Estate Sales is different because they do not charge a percentage fee.  You receive all the money made at your sale.  She can assist to set up, price, advertise and market your sale. 

 An average sale takes about 25 hours to prepare.  That's only $500 to get ready for your sale.  Even a small sale will generate over $1,000, so my costs are always covered.
