K & M Estate Sales is owned and operated by Katherine Sprinks and Melissa Daniels. K & M has provided estate sale services for over 20 years to the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. K & M Estate Sales was started as a ministry to help people in a time of need and that philosophy continues today.

Our service has no hidden charges or up front expenses. K & M prepares for your sale one to two weeks before it begins. We will set up the sale to make it visually appealing, and will provide all the supplies, display tables, and display cases. We also price and tag each item and handle signage, documentation, and financial accounting.
