We provide Estate Sale services, large moving sales and asisted living sales. We reccomend the family to completely remove anything they desire before calling us. When the Estate is ready to be seen, we will examine the remains and determine whether or not the sale is suitable to our clientel and what percent we require to perform the sale. When the contract is signed, we request that no other items be removed from the sale until the day of the sale. The sale date(s) will be determined on the amount of items to be sold and the area to be sold in. We will vaccum and sweep the house out, blow the garage out and wipe down the counters. We have ten years plus experience, we will price items according to our market, however we will allow the family to put reserves on items of interest. If they do not sell, the items will remain with the Estate. Refrences are readily available and we are highly reccomended by the local Real Estate Offices and a few Lawyers in town.
