I'm Charlotte and my partner is Daniel. 

We are both boardmembers of Appraisers National Association (A.N.A.). 

As members of ANA, we uphold the highest of ethics, morals and values. 

Now, as appraisers and estate sellers, it is against ethics to do both with the same client on the same item.  If we appraise it then we cannot sell it.  And if we are selling it, we cannot appraise it.  We can explain why when we meet in person.  What we will do for you is to conduct an estate sale for you to help you achieve the most money possible from your loved ones items.  You do nothing, let us take care of it all.  We have a growing clientele email list and we price everything to sell.  After the sale, whatever is left gets donated to local charities and shelters that NEED the items, not Goodwill or Salvation Army who make money off of your stuff. 

We are both very knowledgeable in the field of antiques and collectibles and we have a huge data base, and many experts, to reference from.  We research your items and determine the proper selling price and venue for them.
