Welcome and thank you for visiting this Web Site.  As you have seen there are many organizations to choose from...many are profiled on this site alone.  We believe your choice will be Jeanette's Estate Sales & Services, LLC.  Our business is built on business dealings with clients in the Central Florida area over the past 15 + years.  We get significant repeat business as one family member after another will return to us to handle their estate or other liquidations requirements.  We have the sensitivity and flexibility to work within the difficult parameters that frequently surround an estate liquidation.  We can help you "move-on".  We've been successfully  helping people just like you for a number of years.  Professionals "in the business" also choose us.  We receive many client referrals from realtors, attorneys, trustees, and other estate or trust lay and professional persons who have come to know and expect the kind of professional, caring and results-oriented services that we provide.  We can provide references and marketing materials on our company upon request.

What you can expect from us:
        > A no cost assessment of your sale requirements which will include a candid estimate of the total expected gross sales...we will tell if it makes sense for you to engage us (or  others offering similar services) to conduct an estate sale for you...we will not waste your money or time;
        > A written contract outlining what we have mutually agreed - what we are committed to do and what you must do;
        > A professional team effort managed by Jeanette Sink...a liquidations specialist who has been conducting such sales for more than 15 years;
        > A company licensed to conduct business in the State of Florida.  A company that will secure the necessary permits required by the counties, municipalities, or homeowners associations to enable the sale to be conducted;
        > A complete, organized and professional looking sale setup that makes a difference in the sale of your items.  We use our tables and display equipment.  We pride ourselves on giving your items the best display possible.  You won't need to worry about removing your items from the cabinets and drawers...we'll do that and arrange it for the sale.  We consult our history, research other authoritative sources as necessary, and price your items for the sale;
        > We advertise your sale - in the principal area newspaper (s) that service the community where your sale will be conducted. We often place separate ads for major items to secure added exposure and increase their sale opportunities.  Whenever possible we will distribute advance sale notices for your sale at our other sales that precede your sale.  We will also send advance notices for your sale to our extensive mailing list...a list of repeat buyers, collectors, decorators, and others who follow our sales;
        > We will conduct  a 1 or 2 day sale.   We interact with potential customers and negotiate the sale of your items.  We know how to sell the sort of items that you will have in your sale, and we get results...on the first day and subsequent days of your sale.  We are not passive  in our sales approach...we  do not wait for second day deep discounting to sell your items as many of our competitors do.
        > We will provide you with reports of each day's gross sales totals and a written summary after the sale that breaks down our commissions / fees and other expenses that were reimbursable under our sale contract, as well as the net proceeds that we owe to you.  There are no "upfront" monies that you must pay.  We make our money at the end...from the results we achieve for you;
        > We will distribute those net proceeds that we have achieved for you... in the form of a check - usually  in the week following your sale.
