Estate Sales by Elan will honestly evaluate the contents of the home to help you determine if an Estate Sale would be worthwhile, for you and for us. If we both  agree to have a sale, then all you have to do is remove the pieces you wish to keep.  AND THEN RELAX!  With no "up front" cost, we will organize the contents of the home and garage, often restaging certain rooms for the best presentation.  We will sort, clean if necessary, and price EVERYTHING in the home using our own knowledge, consultants and/or research. We handle all advertising including local media, our customer email list, and internet sources. We know what these family heirlooms mean to you and we treat them carefully!  When the doors open on the first day of the sale, everything sparkles and is ready for those throngs of customers to shop 'till they drop!

After the sale we provide several options for any remaining items:  You can donate them to a charity of your choice...we will provide names of those that have worked well for us in the past; We could assist you to find a dealer who might "buy out" the remaining contents; We have had wonderful success consigning the nicer items to a well respected auction house....(they pick up everything!!);And I have even sold selected, high-end items on Ebay!
