Welcome to Atlanta Choice Estate Sales - Since 1991 

Our estate sales are managed by professional appraisers and accredited members of the International Society of Appraisers. We have been conducting estate sales in the Southeast since 1991.

Although our clients have the added benefit of working with professional appraisers who understand fair market value and have experience in appraising fine art, antiques, silver, estate jewelry, automobiles and residential contents,  the percentage we charge is the same as most of the estate sales companies in this area. However, the percentage charged should not be the only criteria when choosing a company. A lower percentage does not mean that you will receive more money. There are other factors to consider including approach to pricing (too high, will not sell - too low, less money), professionalism, number of years of experience in valuation, access to subscription databases for research and of course references.  

Our goal is to sell each item for as much as we can and since our fee is a percentage of total sales, the more we sell items for, the more you make and the more we make.

Please note that we consider purchasing items by us from the sales we conduct a conflict of interest - since we would be buying items that we priced, a common practice among some of the estate sales companies.
 
We provide our clients with a total solution approach, customized to your needs and circumstances, with various options from just conducting the sale to completely emptying the house and have it ready to be offered for sale or move in.  Many homes were sold as a result of their exposure at our estate sales. 

We strive to make this event as stress free as possible for you by taking over the burden of selling the contents of the home and getting the most dollars for each item.

We have a huge following of thousands of buyers who have attended our sales and have signed up for email notification of upcoming sales. Advertising cost in the Atlanta Constitution newspapers, local neighborhood newspapers and estate sales web site is included in our fee.
