We are an old fashioned auction house in Delaware county. We sell items that we acquire from consigners and local estates. The auctions are every other tuesday at our 11,000 square foot location in Aston PA 19014.
You will find some amazing deals at the auction. We are here to sell the items, so expect low starting bids and the potential to get some real bargains.
Liquidations: We are a full service auction company. Offering liquidation services to Estate Executors, Attorneys, Realtors and Private Individuals.
We offer several options depending on the situation.
We can move items to our location for auction in which we would charge a commission and moving fee.
We can make an outright purchase of an estate, including disposal and removal for one flat price.
We can offer broom sweep cleanout services for estates.
We sell Real Estate at auction and have PA licensed Real Estate agents on staff.
Appraisals: We offer appraisals for Estate taxes, Insurance replacement values, Donation and Divorce.
