Hello! Our names are Sam and Pam, and estate sales are our passion. We have over 30 years combined experience in estate liquidation sales and it is our goal to be sure your (or your parents') treasures find the perfect home at the highest price. Being in the 'sandwich generation', taking care of our own aging parents and helping friends and clients through the transition, we know how difficult and overwhelming the estate sale process can be. For us it's not a business, it's a calling.
We are happy to tailor our services to your needs, from traditional estate liquidation sale in the home, to consignment, to complete buy out. We even handle liquidations in distressed properties or hoarding conditions. So far we have taken estates from San Diego to Hollywood, but we are always up for an adventure, so don't be afraid to contact us if you aren't in the south Orange County area.
