Owner, Sandra Pence is a member of the American Society of Appraisers, one of the three primary appraisal assocations requiring college level courses for membership and continuing education in both her specialties and general appraisal issues. All appraisals meet the standards of ASA and USPAP (Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice). She regularly conducts appraisals for a number of banks and attorneys throughout North Georgia.
