In business serving Oregon and the Northwest for over 30 years, Cummings and Associates is a personal property appraisal and complete estate sale service business. We have 3 generations of AiS (AiSociety) Certified Appraisers- AiSCV AVS FAV AiV- And 1 accredited working toward her certification Appraisers International Society (AiS FAV AiV).  With over 1000 hours of advanced appraisal education and 30+ years of estate sale and marketing expertise, we are ready to serve our clients with our knowledge and our expertise.

We serve not only Oregon and the Northwest but have traveled as far as Idaho and Alaska.  Educating our client base is part of our mission as to the value of their personal property, fine art, antiques and collectibles.  We have done community presentations throughout the NW in the effort to educate the public concerning the valuation of personal property so they can make knowledgeable value decisions for their best interests.

We also provide an agency expert marketing service to our clients for items of higher value.  We are agents for our clients for their maximum benefit using our knowledge, experience and expert marketing.  We are not estate sale liquidators, but agents, representing our clients for their benefit while realistically evaluating current market conditions.
