Together, our owners have decades of experience and education in the fields of antique and collectible sales, personal collecting, historical context, general appraisal studies, and marketing. We know the estate sale business!
PROFESSIONAL SERVICE: Our owners are hands-on at each sale. We will never grow too big or be too busy to give clients and customers the personal service they deserve. We start by listening and tailoring a contract and services to meet each client's needs. Our advertising, displays, signage and pricing are all designed to attract buyers and present a professional image.

Meet the Family Tree team.
Our owners join with trained staff to participate in all aspects of each sale--consultations, staging, researching, pricing and selling. In addition, each brings unique and specific strengths to the process.
Melissa Larson is a Vanderbilt graduate and former high school history teacher in Williamson County. She has completed course work in Appraisal Services and is working toward certification. Her love and knowledge of history is invaluable in research, identification and pricing of unusual items. She learned the business from her parents and grandparents, but has 15 years of experience of her own. As our organizational guru, she handles scheduling, contracts, staffing, traffic flow and hundreds of other details for sales.
Sue Larson attended Welch College and MTSU in Tennessee. Married for 42 years, she and Earl have called Nashville home since 1983. Sue and Earl are collectors with 30 years experience as antique dealers in antique malls, flea markets and antique shows. Sue's extensive experience and knowledge of antiques and collectibles makes her a valued pricing resource for each sale.
Dena Willis joined the team earlier this year. She is a long-time Franklin resident by way of California. She has a degree in Marketing and is an accomplished real estate agent with Benchmark. Dena uses her expertise in marketing and sales to see that each sale is prominently featured in all viable advertising options. She is particularly knowledgeable about trends in contemporary upscale furnishings, accessories and household items. As a successful real estate agent, she is happy to offer her services to those wishing to sell real property.
