My wife and I came across an ad for an estate sale that would be followed by an auction afterwards. We decided to stop in last Saturday 3/22/14 and were pleasantly surprised. The crowd was large and the employees were very helpful. It seemed very organized and ran smoothly which I'm sure is not an easy task when you have such a large turnout. Throughout the sale and even after the auction Cameron and his staff of A Better Estate Sale showed the utmost respect for their clients home and belongings. Today I attended one of the best estate sales. It was packed but well organized. Employees are great and always willing to assist you with any question. There is an auction held usually at the end of the day. Great company and highly recommended.

Best estate sales I've ever been to reasonable prices, friendly employees and great advertising. They send emails out on when where and pictures of the sales they are having at least a week in advance which I love so I can plan it out! After a good bit of research and recommendations from previous clients and other professionals I chose A Better Estate Sale Co., and am well satisfied in every aspect of their handling of my living estate. Professional, sensitive, thorough, as well as hard working immediately come to mind in describing their work ethic. When they say Turnkey, they mean it. Consultation, evaluation, and assessment of my potential sale was free and complete with no sales pressure. Then finding, sorting, arranging, staging, pricing (& advising about pricing/selling), advertising, then working the sale, record keeping, and finally settling the account all left me completely satisfied. Look on their site for my sale (3/7-9/13). They let me be involved as much as I wanted (I tried to stay out of the way mostly), and they have a very transparent process, no hidden agendas or shaky practices here. In the end I realized a profit of more than 16% HIGHER than I expected. Cameron will spend the necessary time and effort to contact his wide range of individual experts to find the true value of your items, but he's pretty good at it himself. Everyone in their company strives to provide you a great experience and high satisfaction, they are people-centered. I am happy to recommend a company like this to others who want (and need) a sensitive and professional company who's word you can depend on, you can depend on the word of each person in this company. I have shopped at estate sales for about 5 years and I worked for an estate sale company (a different one) for a while. A Better Estate Sale Co is one of the best I have seen. They make a real effort to arrange all the merchandise so that it is easy to see, everything is clean and well organized. ALL of the workers are friendly and helpful and their prices are reasonable. I have also used them as a client and they made much more than I ever expected! In addition, they keep excellent records of the sales so there is no question about how much money was made and what the client is owed. Payment was made about a week later, which is about standard considering the wait time for checks/credit cards to clear. If you need to settle an estate, downsize, have a garage sale, etc., you won't be disappointed with A Better Estate Sale Co.!

"We had a bad experience with a previous company who was going to conduct our Estate Sale. The other company pulled out of the sale at the last minute. A friend recommended Cameron and his company, "A Better Estate Sale Company". Having had the experience we had with the previous company, we were a little nervous about working with another company and the follow through of the sale. Cameron followed through with conducting the sale which was a relief. He sold/auctioned the majority of the contents which really helped our situation and provided names of those interested in the home itself. He also removed the trash from the property after the sale upon our request at a very reasonable price. He was a pleasure to deal with during a difficult process.
