Heading north on I-85, get off at exit 46B - Mallard Creek Church Road. Go 1.6 miles and continue straight onto Prosperity Church Road. Go 2.6 miles and turn right on Ridge Road. Go .6 miles and turn left on Highland Creek Parkway. Go .3 miles and turn right at Beauvista Drive. (NOTE - JUST AFTER YOU TURN LEFT ON HIGHLAND CREEK, YOU MIGHT NOTICE THE FIRST RIGHT IS BEAUVISTA. SKIP THAT ENTRANCE.) Go .2 miles and turn right on Ash Cove Lane. House is on the left.

Cash; Also Amex, Mastercard and Visa for items over $25. Items sold as is and all sales final. Anything purchased must be picked up by last day of sale by 4pm. Bid box will be used for some items. Sale begins promptly at 8am both days - sorry, no early entry.
Sale Description:
We're selling a lot of beautiful furniture and other nice items out of a wonderful 3-bedroom home in the Highland Creek area. We will be sorting through things over the next week and we will add pictures of additional items as we find them. Tables, chairs, sofas, lamps, two beds (one adjustable), a dining room set with a china cabinet and buffet, a Kitchenaid refrigerator barely 2 years old, a treadmill, office desk, office chair, home decorations, and many other items.
