West on 250/Broad Street to Manakin Sabot. Turn right onto Manakin Road. Cross over 64, pass Baptist church on left, go about 1/2 mile, meadow opens up on right, Nellwood is on the left as you go down a small hill. Keep your eyes open or you'll miss it. House on right, Brandmahl written on entrance, park in driveway, walk down path along right side of house to basement entrance. Nothing outside is for sale.

Preview 9/7/10 3:00-7:00pm and Pickup 9/10/10 3:00-7:00pm from Manakin-Sabot home off Manakin Road. All sales Final. Paypal or credit card by phone payments must be concluded by 12:00pm on 9/9 or item sells to next highest bidder. All items AS IS and Where Is. Removal of purchased items is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Failure to pick up item by 7:00pm on pickup day results in abandonment of item. If you cannot pickup within pickup hours then do not bid. No exceptions.
