Announcements made day of auction take precedence over all written material. A 15% Buyers Premium will be charged on the total purchase price with an extra 2% processing fee for credit cards. A 7% sales tax will be charged on all merchandise sold, the only exception is for those with a valid & verifiable state resale number. For out of state buyers: you must have a copy of your tax certificate or other proof that you are a tax-exempt business owner/agent. Not responsible for accidents.
