Friday, June 15th at 6:30 pm Friday’s sale opens with an Architectural Collection formerly of Anna Thompson Dodge’s “Rose Terrace” residence and of Detroit’s Harper Hospital featuring: carved limestone panels, entrance surround, railings, frieze and supports. Other highlights include unique collectibles with a Fisher Body Division plaque from the General Motors Corporation Stamping Plant and three substantial Parke-Davis signs, measuring 33 and 48 inches in diameter. Fine art abounds - over 80 lots! Of interest is an Italian Carved Carrera Marble Sculpture, c. 1900, and an Oil on Canvas titled “Thoughts Far Away” by George Hamilton Barrable (British, d. 1887)....
