The sail boat is a 1973 Scampi Sloop 30'. Last sailed in 2004. Won the Mackinac Cup 1988 under the name 'Jeanine'. Boat needs some love. But, one heck of a deal. Comes with multiple sails, accessories, and trailer. Also, a CatYak w/ sail.
