Payment is due at the time of sale. Florida Sales Tax of 6% will be added to all sales unless they are being shipped outside the state of Florida, or unless you have a valid tax exempt certificate on file.

At most auctions, items must be picked up within 24 hours, or as specified at time of sale, unless previous arrangements are made.

All items are sold as-is, where-is. It is the responsibility of the bidder to check out and research any relevant information pertaining to any items they are bidding on.
