Robertsville Auction Co. has the right to refuse and or limit check amounts.
All buyers must show current picture ID and must provide a contact phone number to receive a bid card.
Terms & Conditions: Cash or Good Check. All Checks require a credit card backup unless you are known to the auction company. Credit cards accepted for payment with a 4% convenience fee. Nothing removed until settled for. If your check is returned, regardless of the credit card backup there will be a returned check fee of $50.00.
We will only take good checks from Robertsville Auction Co. patrons.
There is a 5% buyer's premium added to the final hammer price.
Everything sells "As Is, Where Is, Without Warranty."
All sales are final. No returns.
