Directions to Sale:
Take 400 North to Exit 14 and Take the "Cumming" Exit, exit 14B. This will loop you around. Continue on this for 3 lights. At the 3rd light (Hwy.9/Atlanta Hwy), turn left. Turn right at the 2nd light on to Hutchinson Rd. At the first light turn right and the subdivision is on the left. Pull into the subdivision and turn left on to Maple Valley Drive. We are at the very end of the street. Please be courteous of the neighbors and do not block driveways and be aware that there is a fire hydrant in front of the house and remember it is illegal to block that!!
