TERMS OF SALE: Numbers are issued 1/2 hour before the sale start time, you must be present to receive a number. We will honor a watched list. Lists may not be posted on the property. Visa, MasterCard & Discover Cards will be accepted for purchases $50 or more. Cash & Debit Cards accepted for any amount. Sorry- personal checks will not be accepted. No early birds or pre-sales. Pricing information will not be available prior to the sale. Not responsible for accidents or injuries. No refunds or returns- all sales are final. We reserve the right to refuse admittance at anytime. Please bring moving help & truck, we cannot move large pieces of furniture. We do have delivery service contacts available if needed.
