We are holding a 'walk about' auction. Preview September 14th, 2012 11am-4pm
Auction September 15th, 2012 10am to Finish!
We will open the doors at 8am Saturday, Sept. 15th to allow for registration and preview. Auction will begin promptly at 10am!
10% Buyers Premium added to all purchases (covers auction costs)
Cash and Credit Cards Accepted (3% fee for Credit/Debit transactions)
Items are purchased on the spot, there are no purchases unless you are present at the auction.
*99% of the auction items have no reserve. Only a couple larger items have low reserves. The auctioneer will let you know which when they come up.
All items sold 'as-is' where is, so make sure you preview the lots and the items as the auction will move quickly.
Walk-About auctions do not have a catalog, items are simply sold on the spot as you walk and follow the auctioneer. The direction of the auction, grouping of items and starting bids are all at the auctioneers discretion. This is a fun way to purchase vintage, very interactive and lively!
Items purchased may be picked up by end of day Monday - so you have time to ask all your friends with trucks to help! You are welcome to pay for items won in the auction and leave during the auction at any time!
Limited assistance with loading and packing up of goods purchased so be prepared.
There is no fee to attend our events at VintageEvent - so stop in and enjoy!!

August 31 update! Adding some photos to give you an idea of just some of the items in this upcoming auction! We have not even started to dig into the smalls and will add those pics when we do. In the meantime these images will give you an idea.
September 6th Update: More photos of Treasures being added! Some truly unique items like we generally don't see in estate sales.
We have several racks of vintage clothes too..being sold in 'lots' so you have a chance to get some great items, including vintage clothes. There is quite a bit of great tool and navy hardware in this sale. You'll see some of it in the pics we are adding today. Some nice old metal toys, huge theater speakers, outdoor furniture and more..!
Sept 10 Updates: There are a good deal of film canisters, old movie projectors, camera tubes & kits, and old cameras that came from an old NJ collector. Some treasures in here to pick up for sure. Some unusual fabrics from world travels, scarfs, vintage 60's clothes (think Woodstock), some fun project items like old wood box phones, carved chair (all the pieces), glass float collection, newer bookselfs in a nice heavy pine that connect, old teak reclinders, great old oak desk, art deco mirror cabinet with shelfs in tact, great mirrors & art...you'll just have to come and take a look!
