DO NOT PARK IN THE DRIVEWAY OF ANY OF THE HOMES...these are reserved for staff and for loading of items into vehicles. PLEASE - DO NOT BLOCK NEIGHBORS' DRIVEWAYS. No Food or Drinks inside. We are not responsible for accidents. Numbers given out at 8:30 a.m. No posting of lists on the property. First person arriving on MORNING of sale may start a list with their own name and everyone must put their OWN NAME on it....you cannot put your friends' names on it who are not there. If we see numerous names in the same handwriting, they will be DELETED. We will honor an HONEST list, not a fixed one.....If people continue to "fix" the list we will no longer honor a list and will no longer give out numbers and just have people line up like adults. PLEASE NOTE: If sales are packed, we reserve the right to limit the amount of people in the house at one time. This is for safety, security and we are IN CHARGE of our client's home, property and possessions. Those who violate that security will be asked to leave.
